Once serving our community as the Pelham Batesville Fire Station, this building now supports Maddox’s growing sales and administrative teams. Inside the double bay doors, our medium and low-voltage sales representatives quote thousands of in-stock padmount, substation, and dry-type transformers daily, providing customers with fast, reliable solutions for their projects. The facility also houses customer service, engineering, and purchasing teams who coordinate financing, technical drawings, and project logistics to ensure every order moves efficiently from quote to delivery.
