Having the largest transformer inventory in the USA doesn’t help anyone without the team behind it. At Maddox we pick up the phone when you call and ensure you get the transformer you need when you need it.

We had a transformer go bad near the beginning of the holiday season 2023. I could not find a replacement locally and was close to having to do redesign the system until someone mentioned I try Maddox. It was really close the Thanksgiving, most companies were closed for the holiday. Maddox took my call (shout out to Lucas!) and went out of their way to make sure my transformer order went into the production que before they closed for the holiday. I received my transformer on time and without issue. Maddox was there for me when I needed them and as a result, they have a customer for life. Thanks Maddox!
