Maddox Transformer’s Victor Hill production facility in Greer, SC houses 18,000 square feet of shop space for transformer remanufacturing, repairs, storage, and post-manufacturing modifications. The shop features a fully-stocked parts room, industrial paint booth, custom industrial oven, overhead crane, and tanks holding 90,000 gallons of mineral oil and FR3. Several offices provide space for Maddox engineers and work order coordinators to design and schedule transformer remanufacturing and customizations. In addition to the production facility, this location also features a five-acre lay down yard where Maddox stores +2,000 new and remanufactured distribution transformers.
