Good stuff made in Merica'. We have used Maddox in place of some major names like Schneider and Eaton due to lead times and price. This equipment does not disappoint.

As a contractor, speed and customer service are one of the top priorities behind price - and Maddox does all of it flawlessly. I have never had a bad experience when working with Maddox as their quotes come quickly and if changes are needed, they turn them around just as fast. It truly feels like you are their main customer at all times. I have worked with excellent people such as Isaac, Jeremy, Christi, KV, as well as Marco from the quoting department. There are many others I have interacted with, but when I do, they treat me like our relationship is as strong as the rest. As far as their products go? Never had an issue yet. in my experience, Their reliability has been up there with the rest. If you are replacing a unit, they'll even pay you and pick it up to make your life as easy as possible. In the end, the point I am trying to make is that I couldn't recommend Maddox Transformers enough, fantastic company.

We had a customer who lost their primary transformer in the middle of the night. Maddox was able to get a temporary transformer on site in hours. They also rebuilt the damaged transformer in record time while no sacrificing any quality. We were able to install and power up the transformer with no issues. The transformer was phased properly and the rotation matched the previous transformer. I would recommend Maddox to anyone for transformer needs.
