I order a used transformer, but the one I received looks brand new! Old Dominion delivered this at noon today (Monday, July 13). I ordered it Friday (July 10)...if this 400 lb transformer had been a 5 oz FedEx overnight envelope, it would not have arrived faster than Maddox got it here. 'Most excellent'.
