Maddox Named One of the Best Places to Work in Oregon and Southwest Washington

BATTLE GROUND, Wash. — Maddox Industrial Transformer has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Oregon and Southwest Washington by the Portland Business Journal.

In its first year entering the competition, Maddox placed fourth among the 27 selected organizations recognized in the medium-company category. Quantum Workplace, a survey partner, sent confidential questionnaires to employees of nominated companies. The surveys examined each business in light of “benefits, employee engagement, workplace culture and more.” Once a threshold of employee participation was met, companies were scored with top-scoring organizations recognized as honorees.

The recognition highlights Maddox's commitment to building a values-driven culture as a leading U.S. supplier of new and remanufactured transformers.
